I went to Sbarro for lunch and on the bottom of my receipt was an offer for a Free NY Thin Pizza Slice on my next visit! The survey was easy and only took about 2 minutes to complete - not bad for a $3 slice! Also, Dunkin Donuts has a survey offer on their receipts for a Free Donut with any drink purchase! Just another reason to always check your receipts!
